The Ursuline Attics Become a Site for Art Once Again.
Students from the Sculptural Conceptions / Ceramics Department are transforming the hidden attic spaces into an open field of experimentation. Responding to the distinctive qualities of the site—its constrictions and expanses, shadows, traces, and histories—they develop sculptural interventions that enter into dialogue with the existing architecture, extending or reinterpreting it.
The exhibition invites visitors to re-encounter the space and to rediscover the unexpected intersections between material, architecture, and spatial experience.
