In November 2024, the artist and chef Steffi Parlow and 8 students headed out to
feel, taste and smell, what food can do. In order to discover the cultural, historical and
political dimensions of culinary practices, they used a broad variety of mediums,
materials and different approaches, which led them to a collective working practice.
Along their way they encountered the familiar and the unknown. And found the
unexpected in the most surprising places.
