Organizational information
The ceremony will take place in the university building Hauptplatz 6, lecture hall C, 5th floor. A seat will be reserved for graduates in the front area, for family and friends there is free seating.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the ceremony so that we can add you to the attendance list, otherwise we cannot guarantee your attendance. Should you arrive late or have to cancel at short notice for unforeseeable reasons, please let us know in good time on 0676 / 84 78 98 2461.
The ceremony lasts approximately one hour to one and a half hours.
At the end, a group photo will be taken of the graduates, which will be made available for download on our homepage in the event review.
Afterwards, graduates and guests are invited to a small drink.
