ORF is opening its archive to the scientific community. The mARCo user interface enables research in the ORF archive database. Students and teachers at the University of Arts Linz have access to ORF programs (TV and radio) broadcast since 1955 and can view the content documentation of the programs and viewing media such as keyframes and preview videos. With over 750,000 program hours from television and radio, the ORF archive provides a central source of Austrian contemporary history and world events for study, science and teaching.

The use of mARCo is only possible after prior registration. Please contact the service desk of the library. A form must be completed and signed before each use. The user regulations and operating instructions are available at the workstation. Please bring your own headphones.
