Competiton failed?

As part of the EU-wide research project ARCH E on the networking of qualitatively outstanding competition procedures, Baukultur is holding a lecture on failed competitions. 
The arc spans from the Trigon Museum in Graz (1988) to the planned Expo 95 in Vienna and the competition for the "Interdisciplinary Transformation University Austria" in Linz. The well-prepared architectural competition is a guarantee for quality, but every now and then the realization still fails.
