Teaching and administrative staff

Inclusion support is available for an Erasmus+ teaching stay or Erasmus+ staff training.

The Erasmus+ inclusion support supports real additional costs that are actually incurred in connection with a specific personal situation during the Erasmus+ stay. Inclusion support also enables a preparatory visit.

Target groups

  • Staff with disabilities and
  • Staff with health problems.

Funding is available in particular for people with physical, mental or health impairments.

Application procedure

  • Inform the International Offices of the home university and the host institution at the time of application.
  • Make an appointment for a preparatory meeting with the project coordinator at the home university.
  • The home university decides on the submission of the application.
  • The application is submitted by the home university to the Austrian National Agency OeAD 8 weeks before the start of the mobility.
  • The Austrian National Agency decides on the approval of the application subject to budgetary eligibility.
  • Applications after the start of a mobility can no longer be considered.
  • Inclusion support is based on real costs. The Erasmus+ project only funds costs that have actually been incurred.
