A semester abroad opens up new perspectives, international experience, and enriches your studies.

APPLICATION PERIOD

• November 2026 to 28 January 2027, 12:00 (noon)

REQUIREMENTS

• Exchange only with partner universities of the University of Arts Linz.
• Current enrollment in a regular degree program at the University of Arts Linz.
• Up to 12 months abroad per study cycle (subject to program and budget)
• A complete application: a completed application form, uploaded application documents, and timely submission before the application deadline, 28 January 2027, 12:00 (noon).

APPLICATION

• via Mobility Online / Link
• Sign in with your UFGonline credentials
• The application link will be activated on 30 November.
• Application – fill out the form, upload the documents to Mobility Online, and send the data to the International Office — only then is the application finalized.
• Applications submitted or finalized after the deadline cannot be considered.

APPLICATION STEPS

• Complete the application form.
• Application documents are linked in Mobility Online and must be uploaded there.
• Only then is your application complete and can be submitted in Mobility Online to the International Office for review.

ALLOCATION

• Allocation to the partner universities listed in the form according to Erasmus guidelines; see selection criteria.
• Decision: 2–3 weeks after the end of the application period; individual notification by email.
