APPLICATION DOCUMENTS

for uploading to the application tool:

• current residence registration (Meldezettel)
• record of studies (Studienblatt)
• confirmation of study administrator (please find forms in the download on the right)

DECISION CRITERIA FOR THE INTERNAL ALLOCATION OF A PLACE

• fulfilment of the general requirements
• first choice of each individual applicant
• number of semesters completed in the current degree programme (The more advanced you are in your degree programme, the higher the chance of allocation, because the possibility of stays abroad is getting lower)
• language skills
• specific motivation 

 In the case of exchange activities that are agreed directly between study programmes, the responsible professor decides.               The final confirmation of a study place is made by the partner university!
