Press will arrive at 10 sharp. Smile, shake hands. Everyone has a game plan. A few don a suit, a few sport the latest trend. Who’s serving? Who’s striking? A quiet strain of expectation. A little anxiety sweat never hurt anyone. It’s not about who wins, it’s the taking part that counts. In booth No.18 at Kunstsalon we reflect on the conditions under which art — like sport — is produced, displayed, and consumed. An exploration of performance, worth and achievement. ARENA wrestles between promise and pressure, visibility and vulnerability, ambition and exhaustion.
