Maurice Sendak's award-winning book "Where The Wild Things Are" (1963) tells the story of a lonely child who frees himself through his imagination. Max flees from misunderstandings to "Where the Wild Things Are", where he becomes king. In a similar way, artists gain power over their wild, strong emotions in their works, which they unfold in form and figure. Their art is their kingdom, in which they are free to express their feelings - without restrictions.
The AK summer exhibition brings together works by students and graduates of the University of Arts Linz.
On display are works by
Armin Alian, Eva Eichinger, Lera Entmayr, fogosidad, Judith Gattermayr, Leo Lunger and Marion Reisinger.

Idea and concept: Sabine Jelinek
