Proof of physical mobility actually spent in the host country

•    Confirmation of stay (download under Forms)
     Submit the original to the International Office - request from the host institution before departure!
•    for training and teaching: have the duration of the stay at the host institution confirmed 
     In the case of teaching, also have the number of teaching hours confirmed 
   

Proof of the main means of transport used

• Declaration of Honour (Download under Forms)

EU-Survey (Online-Report)

• Automated invitation by email at the end of the stay (check SPAM folder)
   

AFTER RETURN

• Have travel expenses checked at the International Office (submit receipts for real costs) -> 
•  Accounting for the business trip - submit completed form form
   

The mobility grant will only be settled once the evidence has been provided and the EU Survey has been submitted.
