After completing your mobility, you are required to upload the following documents in Mobility Online:

• Confirmation of Attendance: Proof of the physical mobility during your stay. The form is available in Mobility Online and under Downloads. Please have it confirmed by your host institution at the end of your stay.
• Declaration of Honour (travel data): The form is available in Mobility Online and under Downloads.
• EU-Survey: Online report. An automated invitation will be sent via email at the end of your stay (check your spam folder!). After completing the survey, save the report as a PDF and upload it to Mobility Online.

After your return, please complete the following steps:

• Travel expenses check: Submit receipts for actual costs to the International Office.
• Travel Expense Report: Submit the completed form to the International Office. The form can be found at the website of the Personnel Department
