The Department of Visual Communication invites you to the series "Interface" series to a lecture by Theo Deutinger.

Theo Deutinger is an architect, author and visual theorist who has published works such as Handbook of Tyrannycombines data visualization and social issues in an innovative way to make power structures and urban dynamics visible. In his guest lecture, he offers exciting insights into the connection between space, society and graphics to make current urban and social dynamics tangible, reflecting our social and political realities.

"Schnittstelle" is an established lecture series of the Department of Visual Communication at the University of Art and Design Linz.

The series brings together artists, designers, curators and authors who create innovative connections between design, photography, art, performance and research in their work. With a focus on interdisciplinary approaches and the intersection of different media and disciplines, the lectures offer exciting insights into creative processes and promote exchange beyond the boundaries of traditional design.
