A sculpture, a world with an expiry date – in vor dem was kommt (before what is to come), Vinzenz Erdmann Zsutty deals with fears about the future, powerlessness, and how to overcome them. The soft, moist clay, always on the verge of decay, can only continue to exist through collective action. vor dem was kommt (before what is to come) is a call to work together to transform relics of the past and present for a future – even if it seems hopeless and you have to get your hands dirty in the process.
