The IIID Award is an international competition for information design organized by the International Institute for Information Design (IIID). It honors outstanding projects that make complex information understandable - in areas such as everyday life, education, science and business. The prize acts as a showroom for best practice examples, recognizes the contribution of designers to society and is awarded every three years.
