The hypothyroid-inspired cyborg envisions a future where biological dysfunction becomes a model for balance, challenging our culture of relentless speed. Acting as a regulator rather than a traditional interface, the cyborg counters hyper-productivity by syncing its rhythms with natural cycles. Like the thyroid moderates metabolism, this cyborg recalibrates technology toward slower, adaptive processes found in ecological systems. Inspired by my personal experience with hypothyroidism, I view the condition not only as a challenge but as an invitation to rethink pace, productivity, and presence.
