• complete application documents must be submitted online at least 4 weeks before the start of the internship

The required documents can be found under “Downloads” and must be uploaded in the online application:

• Confirmation from the study administrator to clarify and confirm the creditability and useful addition of the internship to the degree program
• Learning agreement for traineeship
  must be signed by all parties (student, study administrator, internship provider); stamp of the internship provider is mandatory! If there is no stamp, this must be confirmed to the International Office by email.
• Registration of Student Mobility
• Current confirmation of registration
• Proof of a top-up, if applicable
• only for graduate internships: Proof of graduation
