GLUMPERT

PETER FELLNER

"Glumpert" von Peter Fellner, Foto: Anna Breit

For some we are worthless, for some we are treasures.
Others might not even recognize us when walking by. One or the other might even attack us, step on us or want us to be thrown away, like trash. However, once a year we do have festivals or parades all over the world, even in smaller cities, to walk forward in visibility.

Once that period has passed, we might go back to our little houses where we feel comfortable. Closing the door - with chalk. It’s a safe space.
We are not necessarily shape shifters, however we come in all possible colors, shapes and appearances. This is why so many of you are attracted to us. One could say, there is an enthusiast for each of us.

Our slimy nature might catch you as well, even though you will only get to see that in the right perspective. In that regard, we are aware that we are seen as delicacies. Anyway.
We would highly urge you to look de eper into sustainability strategies. You might as well want to „reduce“ your carbon footprint by purchasing less new made products. „Repair“ us or even give us a new existence by „repurposing“ us.
