Neues Masterstudium Ludic Interfaces

Mit Oktober 2013 startet an der Kunstuniversität Linz das neue Masterstudium Ludic Interfaces. Anmeldungen zur Zulassungsprüfung im Februar 2013 sind ab sofort möglich.

Ludic Interfaces ist ein in seiner Form einzigartiges Masterstudium auf europäischem Niveau. Es wurde gemeinsam mit der Universität Salford (England), der Polytechnischen Universität Valencia (Spanien) und der Universität für künstlerische und industrielle Gestaltung Linz (Österreich) entwickelt.
Spielerische Praktiken und theoretische Grundlagen an der Schnittstelle von Kunst, Design und digitalen Medien stehen dabei im Vordergrund, um die künstlerischkreativen Aspekte von Ludic Interfaces herauszuarbeiten.
Ludic Interfaces sind Geräte und Artefakte die BenutzerInnen auf spielerische Art mit technischen Systemen verbinden. Die Qualität des Spielerischen eröffnet neue
Wege um mit kreativen Potentialen umzugehen und bietet neue Möglichkeiten des Erfindens im Feld von künstlerischem Schaffen und Forschung.

Ludic Interfaces is a Masters Degree programme on a European level. This programme is jointly developed by the University of Salford (United Kingdom), the Polytechnical University in Valencia (Spain) and the University of Art & Design Linz (Austria). At the crossroads of Art, Design and New Media the programme
explores playful practices and theoretical foundations of the new creative-artistic field of Ludic Interfaces. Ludic Interfaces are devices connecting human actors in a playful manner with technical systems. The quality of playfulness opens up new ways of dealing with creative potential and enables possibilities of invention within the field of artistic development and research.
