Title:         "peyote® – more than a drug!"

Oliver Irschitz will talk about the developments of his design label peyote cross design concepts. The way from artistic projects to commercially used products in the field of tradeshows, showrooms, exhibitions, broadcast and medicine. This will be shown on the example how the iFrame can be used for interactive video walls in TV studios, so the presenters will be able in future to control their own Info Graphics instead of relying on green screen technology. Also a system will be show that is used for relearning motor activity after a stroke or by dementia in the field of Neurology and Geriatry. Also different interactive tables, floors and walls will be an issue.

biography
Born 1972 in Kufstein / Tyrol
1992-1998 Studied Architecture at the Academy of fine Arts in Vienna (Prof. Timo Penttilae) and at the ETSAB Barcelona ( Prof. Enric Miralles).
1995-1997 Cooporation with the architects COOP Himmelblau
1999 Establishment of the Label peyote® as a Brand for interactive
cross design concepts.
Development of all kind of interactive installations and Objects ( like
iTube, iPoint, iFrame, iWall…) under this label since nearly 10 years.
Rewarded with the red dot communication award in 2004 and the state
price of design in 2001
