Franckviertel is a compact urban district in the city of Linz, Austria. Franckviertel is also part of a strategic city-wide programm aiming for climate neutrality (project Linz mit Ambitio3xn) where it serves as a "model quarter" for energy, mobility and building infrastructure innovation.

There is active community infrastructure: the local district centre works on neighbourhood networking, cultural events and resident engagement. For instance, the "Tage der Nachbarschaft" (Days of Neighbourhood) are held in Franckviertel with public celebrations and local participation.
